ASAGBA of Asaba who sent delegates from the palace to felicitate with Delta State governor Elect described Okowa as a man of experienced, a man who truly deserves the victory at the just concluded governorship election, a true son of the soil.
The ASAGBA also used the opportunity to thank Gov Emmanuel Uduaghan, for his effort in making sure the Deltans experience a peaceful election.
