The Minister of Aviation, Stella Oduah, who is also in Jerusalem is conspicuously absent at the signing table of the Bilateral Air Services Agreement (BASA). Oduah, who had left Nigeria for Israel ahead of Jonathan, is facing a probe over her role in the acquisition of 2 overpriced armoured cars valued at N225 million.
Oduah is said to have gone to Israel with the hope that she could use the opportunity of the visit to explain her position on the controversial car deal to Mr. President and take part in sealing the air deal with the country.
