A Chinese woman managed to survive after her car was destroyed by a giant container.
The Saturday accident took place on the road in Zhangjiagang in the Jiangsu Province of China.
The woman was driving alongside a lorry that carried the huge metal box. Suddenly, the container swayed and fell off the side of the lorry, flattening the top of the car.
The eyewitnesses immediately called the firefighters to the scene. However, they had to wait for a crane powerful enough to lift the container off the vehicle.

When the enormous weight was lifted, the rescuers and onlookers were startled to hear a voice from inside the car. The woman was pleading for help.
The rescuers then rushed to cut the car open with their tools, and pulled the woman out to safety. She sustained no serious injuries.
